Is this racist of me to say the tattoos on Blacks aren't as colorful as on white people??? [View all]

Watching the NBA Milwaukee vs Boston…..lotsa players have tattoos and you can see them…but on the white guys they’re more colorful. Is that racist of me to even mention it??
