And, as I pointed out in the prior post, is actually going south to some degree for the Ukraine. This is not only factual, in terms of gains made on the map - but also the majority in reporting and analysis presented currently. The 30% figure you site is even more ancient history. Outdated even by the time of the BBC article.

Going back to the beginning - I'd dearly love to see an outcome here that more suited my wishes and desires. (what I hold in my heart) But I'm just not finding a lot of voices out there that say it is (realistically) in the cards.
