Id have to wonder if the case was so strong, why not indict him in the first place? This is another example of Trump wanting to deport just to make the numbers, due process be damned.
Im making no judgement on garcias guilt or innocence. Maybe hes not a great person. It really doesnt matter. At least now Garcia wont be rotting away in that prison in El Salvador and will have his day in court. Im glad the courts havent completely given in (yet).
