Seems Bill McKibben gets it. [View all]

Bill McKibben, founder of Third Act, is going to be in Maine and wants a chance to galvanize us to support Graham Platner for Senate.

Anyone who's watched my rhetoric the last few months knows I did not initially support Platner. I generally take a dim view of populists since they often times turn out to be demagogs. But this die is cast whether you and I like it or not. So we'd best get on board or stand down, and stop doing Republican's work for them or it will most certainly be 6 more years of Susan Collins pearl clutching and concern, while voting for nearly every fascist policy she can. That's life, folks. You don't often get what you want but you better damn sure do the best you can with what you do get.
