29. Questionable. His New York property was searched immediately upon his arrest.

His island property was searched upon his death. If significant evidence were removed after his arrest, I would think there'd be witnesses to that.

https://www.cnn.com/2025/07/07/politics/bondi-epstein-files-client-list-suicide-memo

And the Miami Herald’s Julie K. Brown, one of the best-sourced reporters on the Epstein case, reported earlier this year: “Those who have worked with the FBI on the case for decades say there is no evidence Epstein kept a ledger or a list of clients who were involved with his sex trafficking operation.”

In another puzzling claim, Bondi said there were “tens of thousands of videos” of Epstein “with children or child porn.” Bondi first made the assertion on a secretly recorded video. Then she repeated the claim publicly, possibly in an effort to get ahead of that video’s release. “There are tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn, and there are hundreds of victims,” Bondi said publicly on May 7.

But just a month later, FBI Director Kash Patel appeared to walk back Bondi’s claim. He indicated to podcast host Joe Rogan there was no video of people committing crimes on Epstein’s island.

Bondi’s allegation puzzled lawyers and law enforcement officials involved in Epstein’s criminal cases who were unfamiliar with any such trove of videos, an AP investigation reported last week.

However, The DOJ/FBI memo released last week said this:

The files relating to Epstein include a large volume of images of Epstein, images and videos
of victims who are either minors or appear to be minors, and over ten thousand downloaded videos
and images of illegal child sex abuse material and other pornography. Teams of agents, analysts,
attorneys, and privacy and civil liberties experts combed through the digital and documentary
evidence with the aim of providing as much information as possible to the public while
simultaneously protecting victims. Much of the material is subject to court-ordered sealing. Only
a fraction of this material would have been aired publicly had Epstein gone to trial, as the seal
served only to protect victims and did not expose any additional third-parties to allegations of
illegal wrongdoing. Through this review, we found no basis to revisit the disclosure of those
materials and will not permit the release of child pornography.

This systematic review revealed no incriminating “client list.” There was also no credible
evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. We did not
uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.

This would seem to support Bondi's claim, at least to a degree. And while it implies there was nothing incriminating against any third party, it doesn't exactly explicitly say that. And if there was incriminating evidence against Trump, you know they wouldn't admit that.

Also, keep in mind, there are at least 2 sets of evidence. The evidence from the first arrest in 2007 and the evidence from the second arrest in 2019. Do these statements apply to only to evidence collected in 2019 or also to evidence collected in 2007? Trump would only be included in the earlier evidence as he legitimately didn't have contact with Epstein after his first arrest.
