47. Isnt the killing of a fetus illegal in TN, per the Supreme Court?

Oh nevermind, she wasn't deported to the country with access to healthcare until AFTER her baby died.

If it's illegal to terminate a pregnancy in TN, then the FETUS is entitled to Due Process, right? Was SHE entitled to Due Process that ICE didn't give her, in violation of the SC Order?
ICE is as responsible for this baby's death as if she were hit by a drunk driver. If she had been, that drunk would likley spend most of the rest if his life behind TN bars.
Her husband is American. I want SOMEBODY dragged screaming into court to explain why these murderers of A BABY shouldn't go to prison.
