Are you telling me they're scared of losing votes because voters will think they will impeach and remove if we get the majority back in Congress?
I've heard that lame excuse already.
If the shoe were on the other foot, you could be damn sure the Republicans would have voted unanimously to impeach.
A show of solidarity might have had an effect
The effect this has is enabling and emboldening him.
