53. Democrats who support Iran over Israel are a mystery to me

One is a liberal democracy, with women's and gay rights, a constitution and a history of persecution and being attacked by its neighbors because of these things (and the fact that they are the "wrong" religion). The other is a governed by a caliphate, imprisons and kills gay people, requires women to take a subservient role, has virtually no free speech and has openly called for death and destruction of both the US and Israel.
