(815 posts)24. He's as good as it gets, for now. He is my Governor. He has my full support.
I support him reaching out to dialogue with right wing luminaries(?). Democrats are doing better with city-dwellers than the rural voters. Some effort needs to be made to understand the views of the "Septic Tank Vote". At some point, sooner or later, someone has to find a way to begin mending this rift and draw more people together toward more unity. We can't go on this way much longer. Patience and forbearance will be needed on both sides.

The average salary/earnings for California state employees is nowhere near $143,000.

They need to do something. But Feds limit how much people can deduct for state taxes.
