(7,957 posts)14. Cuellar still under indictment for BRIBERY
Henry Cuellar's Texas indictment for bribery is still active. He and his wife were indicted in May 2024 on charges of bribery, money laundering, and acting as an unregistered foreign agent, according to the Department of Justice. The trial is scheduled to take place in federal court in Houston. While the initial trial date was in July 2024, it was delayed until after the election in November 2024. The trial is now set to begin in the spring of 2025.
(This is from Wikipedia, but we are past springtime, so who knows?)

Unless a better Democrat wins the primary. And this is information to consider during the primaries.

Oftentimes that is the best way to vote in the primary. I do believe there are exceptions - but, I agree, not many.
