They just dumped him off in El Salvador and left him to the locals to throw him in their gulag, and there isn't even a record of his name or whether the poor SOB even is still alive. And they're flailing around trying to figure out how to explain that the people they send to El Salvador are treated like literal garbage and no records are kept - something ICE probably knew all along.
