1. We should dismiss the idea that we have an actual Supreme Court any longer.

We have a Royal/Imperial Rubber Stamp Group with token opposition positions that cannot do anything to stop the religious ideologues of the majority. This is closer to the "courts" of Iran or Russia than to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. The amount of prestige and respect that has been bled from that branch of the formally functional government cannot be over-stated.

Ever since Citizen's United and the stolen seats for Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett, this court is a complete joke and the government of the country has been irreparably harmed and broken.
