5. Sadly, misogyny and bigotry have been monetized and advertsied in today's world...

As a father of 3 amazing young women, the husband of an amazing wife (who I would work for any day of the week and twice on Sunday if I could), and the son of a mother who was a trailblazer for all that has followed, I am agahst at the "manosphere", the "incels" and whatever other name is popularized for young men who are essentially taught to fear and hate women rather than treat them as equals and humans first.

The whole thing - especially the online elements like podcasts and daily shows - is disgusting and pathetic on one hand and predatory and opportunistic on the other. The young men feeling lost and rudderless find this kind of hate and pseudo-tough talk in forums and podcasts and chatrooms while playing video games and get swept into it as if ANYTHING they hear or say in those settings is remotely true or wise. The volume of victimhood and blaming and outright hate that is spewed by, for and at them is like a tsunami of bad ideas and worse outcomes.

It makes me sad for the future and angry at the present constantly.
