I hope these women stop dogging Caitlin Clark and maybe say "Thank You" to her from time to time. Maybe it isn't fair, but the fact is none of this happens without Clark. There have been many talented players over the years, but they were all playing to 2500 people in the stands.

That changed literally overnight with Clark. Suddenly arenas were full and teams rushed to book Fever games in larger arenas. And when they did that, advertisers got more interested, leading to more TV coverage. And then, people discovered some of the games were actually entertaining, even if Clark wasn't in the house.

From there, they started chartering air flight and upgrading training facilities. None of that happened before Clark. Clark didn't need the CBA. She is making millions from endorsements. But she stood with the players to get this deal done. Let's hope those women learned something in the process.
