4. I tried prayer when I was younger.

I realized that I wasn't hearing anything back that I could identify, and the outcome of whatever I was praying for, was impossible to determine if the prayer had any effect at all.

So I stopped right about the time I had tested it.

While I was testing, the only thing I thought it might have impacted was, my confidence level. So I just resolved to be confident in my abilities, and never looked back.
