A racist will say that "good" black people are enabling "bad" black people because they are somehow a part of the same group.

It's a ridiculous argument, and, of course the only solution to the situation he describes is for all people to abandon religion.

On top of the fact that that just isn't going to happen, it wouldn't solve a single problem if it did.
