All children must learn not to think any thought that cannot be reduced to a syllogism or a dictionary definition. Send the little blighters to bed without supper if catch them reading Watership Down or anything at all by Tolkien. Take away their crayons. No piano lesssons. Fifty extra math problems if you catch them dancing.

Raise them to be perfect little Puritans.
