Select Trash Can.

Then Auto-trash by keyword

Add or subtract keywords to trash.

Keywords in the OP's title will "disappear" it and its replies.

Disclaimers:

1. The home page ignores "ignore users" and trash by keyword.

2. The trashing does a substring match!
Trashing "rep" will trash republican, repair, preparation, and so on.
