Someone posted a site to open that I could navigate to settings and reconfigure.
I believe the problem may be due to my phone being on dark mode itself. I did turn it off but that did not make it better. btw I have a Samsung S22+
A more accurate description is the pages are dark with small file icons and no text showing. Clicking on icons opens other file icons
