complaints to Skinner: one thing I have noticed about our complaints. [View all]

Often, we don't get right to the point in our first question. Skinner does his thing and then our real agenda is revealed and it is NEVER answered. Done, end of discussion.

Let's get our real motivation out in the FIRST question, altho it is dicey that Skinner will answer such a bald faced question, but let's assume he does (if he answers at all, which is a big IF). If so, let's get to the nub of our question in the FIRST question...the second one often just hangs there unanswered and then he has the best of all possible words: he has "answered" our question but the real question is well, sayonara...please smarten up and get to your real agenda early one so he can't wiggle out...he may not answer but it is better than nothing, right?
