13. I'm so sorry for your loss,

LilBit and I coming up at 6 months since we lost Mrs. I’ve probably made more than a few mistakes in the grieving process, but I couple points, I believe.
1 grieving is a process, no text book. Everyone grieves at a different pace. 2,and this one was hard for me accept;
When you feel like crying, cry, when you feel angry, yell!
My counselor finally convinced me that these are releases. And if we don’t allow the release, then ( in my case, and his words to me) “ koz, you are just a steam pot waiting to blow into 5000 pieces”
