13. What makes anyone think G*D "sent" the tornado? He created the natural laws and the laws of physics ...

... perhaps we forgot about those laws. Tornados aren't punishments. they are part of the planet. Maybe we need to account for tornadoes in our environment and develop strategies to minimize exposure with our G*D given brains.

California has building codes to account for earthquakes, and Florida. particularly Broward County has codes that recognize we aren't going to pray away or ignore away hurricanes.
