13. I have a friend who found the best configuration when he played.

He played an OSA, got the psi power that turns your amp into a weapon, then the psi power that adds your PSI to your STR.

Combined that with the overhead smash upgrade and he could one-shot rumblers.

He has a knack for finding these kinds of combos in games.

He also was able to use the PSI power to transform ammo and hypos into nanites, then hacked a vending machine and went into the final game with nearly 100 psi hypos.

I am attempting to recreate his strategy.
