for a pen-and-paper RPG, GW is one of the original post-apocalpse settings. It's out in a new version.

Once upon a time I believe there was a game based on the movie Red Dawn. A more realistic game from GDW is Twilight 2000, where you're in a military unit stranded in Eastern Europe after World War III.

Here are more from a list I came across: Aftermath!, Deadlands: Hell on Earth, The Morrow Project (another oldie).

Google will find hundreds more for you. I'm not kidding, hundreds. Quality varies.
