but long story short is that he's sexually harassed and stalked female coworkers in the past and ESPN suspended him for 3 months because of it. When NBC hired him, people rightly asked about his history and the network had to put out a statement that "Mike has repeatedly assured us that this behavior is long in his past, and we have no evidence of anything to the contrary in his tenure at NBC Sports."

I should also say--and this may be neither here not there, but it's just odd (and I only learned about this last month when Tiffany Cross mentioned it on her show--that Tirico denies being black. Or maybe refuses to identify as black? I don't know. He insists that both his parents are Italian American and as the old saying goes, "mama's baby, papa's maybe, but his parents divorced when he was very young and he had no contact with his father's family.
