They have contemporary texts of Watson apologizing to one of the claimants. Apologizing for what?

He treated these massage therapists like prostitutes. Some of them might have been making a little on the side, but not all of them. His opening offer to make it something more was a crime (at a minimum exposure but also potential sexual battery).

He is the one that demanded privacy.

He is the one that solicited at least 66 (some reports are over a 100).

He is the one who apologized.

He is the one who paid the supervisor of one of the women $5K.

He is the one whose lawyer basically said massage therapist = prostitute.

He is the one that got an NDA from the Texans.
