non-fiction book, "Internet Neuromarketing,"much easier to publish as a print-on-demand paperback at Amazon.

One tip I didn't provide in the OP is to embed the fonts used in the book in your Word document. To do that, access the Options command in Word's File menu, and then click the Save menu item in the resulting dialog box. Click the "Embed fonts in the file" box and click OK. Then, when you save the document the fonts will be embedded in your docx file.

The reason for this is that it keeps your formatting accurate when Amazon's software prepares the book for publication.
