What are you reading this week of May 1, 2016? [View all]

May Day! May Day! I just finished listening to Gideon's Corpse by Preston - Child. Intense stuff. Thought for sure we were all gonna die.

Reading my 3rd Elizabeth George novel, In Pursuit of the Proper Sinner. I like this one much better than the last one. They had me the minute I saw a map with stone henges, ancient castles and the like. Good murder mystery.

I've also been watching The Twilight Zone (1985 - 89 TV series) which is not good as the original series, IMO, but still worth spending some time with for writers like Harlan Ellison and Rockne O'Bannon, director Wes Craven, and music by the Grateful Dead (that was a surprise). What I wanted to say, though, is there is one episode called The Examination that just really creeped me out. When the parents look out their window at the "government building" I could just imagine the words, "Trump Towers" at the top. I could really see that little tale becoming our reality in the future.

And, what may you be reading this week.
