and the online "dashboard" disappeared. I'd been tracking steps and distance on Fitbit since the beginning with the goal of logging enough distance to equate to walking around the world 24,901 miles) within the next 5-7 years and was on track to do so sans major crippling injury/illness. Now, the only way to see cumulative data is to request a data export (they want everyone to move to the premium paid plan but I don't know that that restores what used to be readily accessible online data from the dashboard).

So, I own and use an Apple Watch as well but FITBIT doesn't allow its data to count. So, I'm trying to decide what to do. I enjoyed Fitbit all those years but this is really upsetting.

The other app I've used for many many years is Myfitnesspal which allows you to manually track fitness data, but also nutrition and analyze recipes as well. It is extremely useful and highly recommended.
