We ship our product via parcel and LTL truck freight. We had a fabulous pricing in place with YRC for several years...so much so that we used them exclusively for all of our LTL shipping. Almost overnight, we began getting overcharges, re-weighs and re-measures etc...all of the overcharges were illegitimate. It was a nonstop battle to dispute the sudden overcharges. Once we were on record disputing their overcharges they stripped us of our preferred pricing and our rates went up 400% with no apology or explanation. Never again will I put all our shipping eggs in one basket. YRC will never get another crack at me.
