School, Idaho State U, a couple professor I knew TOLD the ACE NOT to build that kind of dam there as this was likely to happen. They did it anyway.

Now there are building that survived the flood mark where the flood line was and there's a museum about the flood in Rexburg/Sugar City. The first time I passed through there was about 16 months later, it was still freaky looking. A lot of the spud cellars where I picked up freight were new.
