Monday

My teacher, Ms. Cruise, was called out for a quick meeting, and came back in crying. She turned on the TV that was normally only used for our Spanish lessons, (Pepito! Pepito!.) Kids didn't quite know what was going on, but we knew it was serious. Then we were off the day of the funeral, and my Mom cried during the whole thing. I was impressed by the black horses.
