How much should I expect a bathroom addition

2. Not enough info. to give you a ball park.

Depends on several factors. One being where is the drain line in relation to the location you designated for yer addition. bringing water lines to location is another. Is it a full bathroom ?

Of course you know the main drain line is under ground- unless you already have drainage in the garage. Breaking concrete and digging may be involved.Cement patching -plumbing so fourth.

But, all I imagine is space to be framed, plumbed,wired-sheet rocked and painted. There is no way estimate each phase of your addition not knowing what is there or not there. Not knowing where the drain is going to tied in-or where the water lines will be tied in-and power to new addition.The electrical breaker box -running a new circuit or two to yer addition.

Sight unseen there is no way to really even give you a ball park.

Get at least 5 estimates-more would be better.
