7. I'm starting to collect pepperoni sticks

Apparently, pepperoni and other hard sausages have a really long shelf life before they're unwrapped and sliced. Sources claim that unwrapped, unsliced, and kept in the fridge, they pretty much don't go bad.

Since meat's going to be a flavoring component and not the main part of the meal from now on, they could be very useful. There seem to be some good pasta recipes using it.

And I've already been to United Noodle in November for my stuff, but I'm feeling insecure in my hoisin and ground bean stock. It could be worth another trip. I used to get my pork bellies through them, but it turns out my co-op will cut a piece to order.
