9. I finally made that dish a couple of weekends ago...

I'm generally a pretty good cook, but this dish was really disappointing. I always follow the recipe first time out to get a "baseline" of the dish, and then next time change things up as our palates like. But I really wasn't impressed enough with the base dish to even think of doing it again. Glad to know I wasn't the only one who was a bit disappointed!
