7. I take levothyroxine. I was told no soy, soy lecithin, walnuts and cottonseed oil.

I bake my own bread and read every label. My doc says it's not going to kill you, but it makes the medicine less effective. Also no caffeine, so only decaf coffee. Been really tough--I love caffeine!
