to have an early dinner with 8 other family members (all Dems). My brother and his wife are great cooks and they were happy to accommodate the diets of my wife and I who don’t eat dairy, eggs, or meat except for a weekly serving of seafood, usually wild caught salmon or shrimp. While all the guests enjoyed the deep fried turkey he made outside, for us he broiled a beautiful halibut steak that had been sent to him from a friend who caught it in Alaska, had it flash frozen and shipped pronto to my brother last month. It was melt in your mouth delicious. They also were kind enough to use Miyoko’s vegan butter in all the sides that needed it from steamed green beans to the fantastic cornbread stuffing. My wife made a scrumptious pumpkin pie to compliment the other wonderful desserts. I’m still stuffed. Happy Thanksgiving and Cheers! 🥂
