1. I made roasted Brussels sprouts w/pecans & in another pan roasted rainbow carrots & onions

The main was boneless pork chops in an apple cider/green apple saute with garlic & onions. I cooked down the apple juice mix into a sort of pan sauce. Decafe tea for me, my sister had a beer.

Much later will be dessert, a slice of pumpkin roll.

Edited- The cats got their weekly can of wet food
