I'm a meat & potatoes with a large salad person myself.
Trying to talk myself out of getting up & squeezing another small meal into my day... 🤔
I've been eating breakfast earlier these days to take meds...but 3am here is a bit much. 
Yet, I'm not sure I can justify crawling out from under toasty warm sherpa blanket.
