What's for Dinner, Thurs., July 27, 2023 [View all]

Cauliflower Spicy Peanut Soup. I made this recipe up on my own. It has peanut butter, garlic, ginger, shoyu (Japanese soy sauce), rice vinegar, lime, red pepper flakes. This is easy to make in the blender, and then I add cauliflower that I've cooked in the microwave and cooled. It's served as a cold soup.

Think Chinese sesame or peanut noodles only with cauliflower as a soup.

I add salt and pepper cashews before serving.

Passionfruit-berry kombucha.

Pear and ricotta for dessert.
