I had access to a place like that when I first started working out, in fact it was one of the reasons I started working out in the first place. It was free, my Mom's work place built a gym for employees and their families. It had everything including showers and a sauna. Hardly anyone was ever there when I went so I had the place to myself. It was like my own private gym. I loved it.
