1. Accepting that feeling of powerlessness was a bingo moment for me in my quit

of alcohol. I accepted that I had no will when it came to any type of alcohol. And I gave up the idea that I could ever have a sip. I just gave up. Handed the power over to my ancestors and nature. You may be headed for a breakthrough tonight my friend. It does feel good to be quit. It really does.
