No doubt about it, fatty foods will cause diarrhea and the removal will be a big factor. Just avoid , as much as possible, any obvious fatty foods like hunks of fat visible on a cut of meat. Ice cream is something I love, but now I confine myself to just a few spoonfuls rather than the pint or 1/2 gallon (yes,I did at one time).

It's not that bad once you get into the rhythm of being aware of fat, grease and fried foods and controlling your intake.
