17. Great advice. I have 23,000 posts over a period of about 11 years here.

And zero hides on DU 3.

I choose my jury blacklist very carefully; it is comprised almost entirely of conservative Third Way or Republican trolls. Ther conservatives are the only ones here at DU who will result to total subjectiviity and underhanded tactics in order to alert and hide posts, and are by far the most likely to have sock puppets.

I review my jury blacklist frequently to eliminate the conservatives who have been tombstoned.

Oh, yeah, on edit: Check how often the posters on your jury blacklist post. If they rarely post, it may be that they don't spend much time here, and you may want to consider replacing an infrequent poster on your jury blacklist with a different "suspect" who posts every day or almost every day.

The more conservative the poster, the more probable they will try to cause you harm.
