12. Worst offender? White grape juice.

A glass of white grape juice has anywhere from 4.5-6x the same volume of any public tap water in the US. Some of our foods (Mostly fruit juices) contain it either naturally, or as a result of spraying crops with fertilizer. So it is difficult to manage dosage. White striation or streaking on teeth isn't terribly unusual, probably for this reason. I don't believe the FDA currently regulates for this. They should.

Fluoride itself certainly isn't a bad thing, but TOO MUCH of it, most definitely is.
