One Chinese satellite agency is probably giving signals to other satellite agencies or online crime syndicates to facilitate human trafficking over the Mexican Border. After I typed the last sentence, a song on my radio mentioned China. I guess the Department of Homeland Security doesn't need to confirm this report.
