I'd approach whatever entity makes the rules, town, town council, whatever and ask permission for a clothesline -

if they refused - I'd hang undies and a bra or two in my window 24/7

and yep, I'm a guy, but I'd buy a bra or two just to make a point.

I guess skinny-dipping is out of the question there . . .
