Water is Life. Clean Water is a Basic Human Right. Most Towns' Water Systems are made up of this type of Water Pipe: galvanized, Dipped in Zinc EPA.org lead. Yes, these are Lead Pipes. The States have Grants to start the removal of Lead Pipes and could get help with low-interest loans to make your town healthy again by removing the lead pipes. Remember, last time I checked, the EPA did not have a Head or a deputy for Clean Water in America.
