Taxpayer advocate referred me to the IRS 800 number. You can do little on there except get status on 2022 refunds. My problem refers to 2020. IRS advised me in Dec 2022 they would respond within 60 days. It's now 135 days.

You cannot find a refund for 2020 on IRS.gov. IRS 800 number same.

I guess I will write to IRS again. Taxpayer Advocate says if the IRS doesn't respond to you within a certain amount of time, 60 days I think, then Advocate will handle your problem. But they won't. IRS won't respond. Everyone ignores me. There is no place to turn.

I have no idea what to do. Forget about it, I guess.
