home remodeling projects. Everybody expect your home insurance to go up in cost, too. Ours went up last year because of the tariffs on lumber still in effect when trump did it the first time with Canada. To completely rebuild our home, they price it at something like $450,000. We paid 70k cash for the house and it's in desperate need of remodeling, which we can't do because of cost and our ages. I'm worried sick we're going to be priced OUT of house insurance this year, with what trump is doing. This is going to hit everyone, magat and democrat, alike. I really look forward to meeting my first magat after it happens!
